Since March 2020 we triage all patient contacts with our practice. This clinically robust system allows us to offer a timely service to our patients and to meet the demands of all urgent, soon and routine clinical needs. We hope to provide a service to the right patient at the right time by offering clinical assistance from the right person.
Our service offers telephone consultations, Near Me video consultations, face to face consultations, e-consultations as well as home visits. We will offer you the service that fits best with your clinical needs.
If you require our assistance, please call the surgery from 8am, Monday to Friday. Please be prepared to give our receptionist a reason for your contact. This is to ensure that we can prioritise your contact against others and to manage your clinical need safely.
When you are offered a telephone consultation, a Near Me video consultation or a face to face appointment it is important that you answer your phone or attend at the agreed time. Please let us know if you are not going to be able to talk to us or attend your appointment so that the time can be made available for someone else.
People who arrive without an appointment are unlikely to be seen unless they genuinely require urgent attention.
